PROJECT PROGRESS
The BBS project is undertaken in two phases. The first phase is 90% complete.
The second phase of the project, comprising of the Hotel and Serviced Apartment Towers will begin once the first phase is wrapped up.
The project is managed by Steering Committee consisting of professionals related to the various aspects of Project Management.
The overall policy and oversight is undertaken by the CEO with the assistance of the Chief Finance Officer.
The renowned architects, Maestro Limited, is on site as the project architects and the structural engineer is Stroutel Africa. MaceYMR is the appointed project manager to ensure timely delivery of the project.

As BBS MALL we have not only changed the skyline of Eastleigh at large, but we’ve also brought a whole new shopping experience for the residents of Nairobi and East Africa.
